Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all purchases made on packlight.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we dispatch your item — not at checkout. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order before dispatch if:

  • An item is out of stock
  • There's an obvious pricing error (see below)
  • We suspect fraudulent activity

Pricing errors

We try hard to keep prices accurate. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price (e.g. £0.01 instead of £39.99), we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer you the correct price or a full refund. We'll always contact you before doing this.

Stock availability

All products are subject to availability. If something goes out of stock after you've ordered, we'll contact you promptly and offer a full refund.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe). We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are in GBP and include any applicable taxes.

Limitation of liability

We're not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses (e.g. missed flights — though we'd feel terrible)
  • Losses caused by events outside our control (strikes, extreme weather, carrier delays)

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods you purchased. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Intellectual property

The PackLight name, logo, product descriptions, and photography are our property. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed from the date shown below.
