Shipping Policy
We ship to UK addresses only at the moment. Here's everything you need to know before you order.
Delivery times
We're transparent about where your order ships from, because we think you deserve to know.

If you order a mix of UK and international items, they'll arrive separately. We'll send tracking for each.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on orders over £45
- £3.99 standard shipping on orders under £45
Dispatch
We dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be picked up the next working day.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. International orders may take 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Lost parcels
If your order hasn't arrived:
- UK warehouse orders: contact us after 21 working days from dispatch
- International orders: contact us after 30 working days from dispatch
We'll investigate with the carrier and either resend or refund. Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number.
Customs & duties
All orders are shipped within the UK or imported by us before dispatch — you won't be charged customs fees.
